Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager/Proposal Writer to lead proposal efforts for government contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead proposal writing for complex government RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
• Build a centralized proposal library with pre-approved solution architectures and pricing models
• Establish content governance processes including version control and approval workflows

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of proposal management/writing experience in a government contracting environment
• Deep understanding of federal acquisition regulations and government procurement processes
• Proven track record of winning government contracts valued at $5M or greater
• Experience with RFP response management including compliance reviews and content development
• Experience building and managing proposal libraries or knowledge management systems
