Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Family Mental Health Guides.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 9-12 direct reports, providing training, coaching, and supervision to ensure high standards of care
• Supervise family guiding for over 300 adolescent patients, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices
• Collaborate with team leads to deliver integrated interventions and manage change effectively within the clinic

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including 5+ years in a management role
• 3+ years of experience in early stage (pre-seed, seed, series A) startups
• Able to work two evenings per week
