Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale digital and business transformation initiatives, managing complex I&IT projects
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring alignment with ministry-wide modernization efforts
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and issues, and deliver project reporting to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Certified Project Manager
• At least 8 years of Project Management experience in delivering complex digital/I&IT projects
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
• Technical knowledge of project management tracking tools
• Ability to develop project plans that align with modernization initiatives
