Key Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and confirm project and service requests while coordinating with sales, operations, and customers
• Document project scope, timelines, and pricing, and manage change orders throughout the service delivery process
• Track project timelines and consolidate costs to ensure successful project closeout

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2-5 years of experience in customer service and coordinating national services
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Ability to read and interpret business documents and technical procedures
• Mathematical skills to apply advanced concepts and perform various analyses
