Senior Project Manager - HVAC Retrofit

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager - Multifamily HVAC Retrofit (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a 30-unit dual-fuel HVAC retrofit across multiple multifamily buildings
• Ensure accountability for project timeline, budget, scope, and quality, emphasizing proactive coordination and risk management
• Coordinate with HVAC and electrical subcontractors, engineering teams, and third-party commissioning agents

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in project management roles
• Proven track record in delivering multifamily retrofit, MEP-heavy, or electrification projects (20+ units)
• Familiarity with design-build delivery models
• Experience working in occupied housing or affordable multifamily environments
• Skilled in documentation and tracking using tools like Google Sheets or equivalent
