Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Implementation Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensuring alignment with platform strategy and client needs
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Implementation Consultants on complex configurations and delivery challenges
• Act as the primary relationship lead for designated high-impact clients

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in implementation, consulting, or project leadership roles
• Strong background in enterprise delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination
• Experience leading teams in a SaaS or professional services environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or agile practices (e.g., Scrum Master) preferred
