Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma with 4-5+ years of experience or a bachelor's degree with 2-3+ years in a similar role, preferably in renewable energy
• 2+ years of experience in developing detailed project plans and interpreting complex schedules
• 2+ years of leadership experience enhancing customer interactions and influencing stakeholders
• Strong prioritization and time-management abilities focused on delivering high-quality outcomes
• Experience with advanced project management tools and familiarity with quality assurance and risk management
