Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Administrator for CAPEX Pharmaceutical Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple capital project workstreams, focusing on project documentation control, action tracking, and milestone monitoring
• Maintain and organize project files including design documentation, meeting notes, action logs, vendor submittals, and schedule trackers
• Assist with the coordination of project team meetings, technical reviews, and stakeholder communications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a project administration or coordination role, with significant exposure to capital project environments
• Strong understanding of CAPEX workflows, particularly within GMP-regulated industries such as pharmaceutical or biotech
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and other project collaboration tools
• Proven ability to manage and track high volumes of documentation in a structured and organized manner
• Self-directed, proactive, and able to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced project setting
