Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale software implementation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and managing project controls
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering communication and collaboration throughout program execution
• Oversee multiple project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to governance standards and monitoring execution across timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of experience in technical support, customer success, or product operations, with at least three years in a leadership role
• Minimum five years' experience in Project/Program Management, preferably in the insurance industry or a complex technology-driven sector
• Proven track record in AI technology adoption within support or service environments
• Strong experience with KCS methodology and Agile methodology is mandatory
