Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and goals for ticketing integrations and additional products
• Drive strategic product decisions by evaluating customer feedback and market trends
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver shippable products

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management for a technology company
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations
• Ownership experience of ticketing integrations and associated functionality
• Track record of delivering meaningful product enhancements to enterprise customers
• Experience in development of products related to APIs or integration of complex systems is highly preferred
