Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of Matching technology for health record retrieval.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Matching technology development to enhance health record retrieval processes
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and operations teams to improve Matching accuracy and efficiency
• Own the Matching roadmap for the Payer vertical and shape broader strategies across various integrations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in data, analytics, and platform products
• Familiarity with healthcare data, especially in the payer risk adjustment space
• Experience working with engineering and analytics teams to address complex data challenges
• Strong systems mindset for designing scalable structures
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and focused on execution
