A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the US product-engineering matching team, owning technology for ranking and presenting Pros to Homeowners
• Monitor key product health metrics and ensure proper observability for the matching product
• Drive cross-functional efforts to unify teams and optimize marketplace products for improved customer results

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of product experience, including leadership of an engineering team
• Strong analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative data for product decision-making
• Experience in testing at scale and collaborating with data science or analytics/BI teams
• Project Management skills to balance multiple priorities and manage stakeholder expectations
• Familiarity with data analysis tools, including SQL, to monitor product health and make informed decisions
