Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Performance Designer to elevate direct response creative across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own design execution across all paid media channels with a focus on conversion-driven creative
• Create static ads, motion graphics, and visual toolkits that engage consumers effectively
• Manage and mentor a team of Graphic Designers while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of design experience for DTC brands, with at least 2 years in a performance-driven role
• Proven track record of designing high-performing ads across Meta, Google, and Amazon
• Strong skills in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Canva
• Deep understanding of creative testing frameworks and ad optimization methodologies
• Experience managing and mentoring junior designers
