Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Partner Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Enterprise 5G partner enablement team to define partner requirements for Enterprise 5G solutions
• Define all aspects of the Specialization program including requirements, benefits, and performance indicators
• Engage with internal stakeholders to align on partner program goals and drive structured processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in partner program development and/or complex program management for enterprise solutions
• Experience designing and building partner programs for various partner types including Carriers and System Integrators
• Proven track record in planning and executing business strategies
• Understanding of a global two-tier distribution model
