Key Responsibilities

• Define motion principles and behaviors connecting brand identity to product interaction
• Create foundational studies and motion libraries for various applications
• Prototype motion across key use cases, collaborating across disciplines for consistency

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in brand design, motion systems, or interaction design
• A portfolio showcasing motion systems in brand and/or product environments
• Strong skills in After Effects and Figma, with knowledge of prototyping tools
• Solid understanding of timing, rhythm, and animation logic in interface design
• Experience in design-forward studios or brand environments
