Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Creative Director for a long-term contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary creative lead for client-facing engagements, ensuring alignment with brand standards
• Package and pitch creative outputs while establishing a clear cadence for creative reviews and feedback sessions
• Oversee the development of production-ready creative assets and maintain design quality across all deliverables

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in experiential, tradeshow, or large-scale event design
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design samples
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional creative teams in fast-paced environments
• Solid understanding of various design aesthetics including minimalism and mid-century modern
