A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist for a 12-month remote contract in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for Germany, integrating paid and organic channels
• Develop a Germany-specific marketing playbook with tailored campaigns to convert visitors into clients
• Collaborate with channel managers to ensure the marketing strategy is localized and ROI-focused

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German with knowledge of the German market
• B2C marketing experience at an advertising agency or start-up
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns across online and offline channels
• Proven track record of optimizing ROAS and making data-informed decisions
• Comfortable with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads
