Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies for beneficiaries and providers
• Provide guidance to Social Media Customer Service Representatives and monitor their performance
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, including maintaining a posting schedule and community management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in managing customer inquiries on social media
• Experience in content development and publishing
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and KPIs
