Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field preferred
• 6 - 8 years of experience managing and evolving paid social programs
• Proven success in leading high-performing teams and developing talent
• Deep expertise in Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms
• Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets with strategic rigor
