Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Solution Consulting - Customer Industry Workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solution Consultants to effectively address customer needs and deliver high-quality presentations and proofs of concept
• Develop team members and maintain a recruiting pipeline to meet future business demands
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a comprehensive sales approach and manage day-to-day activities

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in presales, ideally in a technology company focused on enterprise business applications
• Experience managing presales teams as first-line management
• Deep industry experience in Manufacturing, Technology, or Telco
• Understanding of coaching, mentoring, and management of individual contributors
• Experience in Value Based Selling or Solution Selling
