Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Solution Consultants demonstrate relevance to customers and deliver high-quality presentations and proofs of concept
• Develop team members and maintain a recruiting pipeline to meet future business demands
• Manage day-to-day activities, including resource scheduling, expense review, and activity reporting

Required Qualifications

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
• 7 years of experience in presales, including managing presales teams
• Deep understanding of the Japan market and experience with Japanese senior management
• Experience in Value Based Selling or Solution Selling
• Thorough understanding of the SaaS market and PaaS solutions
