Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and insights into operational and financial performance for decision support
• Analyze data sets and develop financial models in collaboration with various departments
• Design performance metrics and present revenue performance reviews to senior leadership

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Economics, or Informatics (MBA preferred)
• 5-7 years of experience in reporting, analytics, and business operations, preferably in healthcare
• 2-3 years of leadership experience
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry
