Senior Manager, Program Resource Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Program Resource Management (PRM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecast, allocate, and oversee resources for global clinical trial delivery
• Engage with stakeholders to manage resource planning and address conflicts
• Analyze data to identify trends and improve resource management processes

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree with 2 years, Master's degree with 6 years, Bachelor's degree with 8 years, Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of life sciences Program Resource Management experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in people management or leadership
• Experience in life sciences or clinical research, preferably in biopharmaceuticals
• Expertise in data analysis and interpretation
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes and operations is preferred
