A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Sales Operations and Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and improve core consumer funnel metrics and daily productivity pacing
• Partner with sales leaders to design and enforce KPIs that enhance sales performance
• Build and manage capacity models to optimize lead flow and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy roles, with 5 years in B2C/D2C environments
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Hands-on experience with consumer funnels and KPIs related to sales effectiveness
• Proven track record in scaling sales operations for large teams (200+ reps)
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
