Senior Manager, Information Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Information Security - Architecture and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute security strategies aligned with business objectives and manage cross-functional initiatives
• Lead a high-performing security team, overseeing hiring, training, performance management, and budget tracking
• Maintain security reference architectures and ensure integration of security tools into development and cloud environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive InfoSec experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• At least one relevant security certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27000 series
• Proven success in designing and overseeing enterprise-scale security solutions
