Director of Privileged Access Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Privileged Access Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the PAM strategy, overseeing the lifecycle of PAM technologies and ensuring secure management of privileged accounts
• Lead a team of PAM professionals, promoting innovation and continuous improvement while managing operations and resource allocation
• Develop and implement PAM policies, standards, and governance, while ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with at least 5+ years in Privileged Access Management
• Experience in product management or ownership for security technologies, specifically within PAM
• Hands-on experience with PAM technologies (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, ThycoticCentrify)
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable
