Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to maintain a prioritized strategic roadmap and coordinate project delivery
• Lead a global team of developers and engineers, promoting best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and technical documentation
• Integrate Salesforce with the broader ecosystem and optimize system performance and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years of experience in software development
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
• Experience managing projects from RFP to production
• Familiarity with web development technologies and tools, including Salesforce and DevOps practices
