Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to own the product vision and align it with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision, positioning, and core workflows to ensure commercial success
• Conduct user interviews and translate customer feedback into product opportunities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for execution PMs and oversee feature definitions and release plans

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management or product ownership experience in B2B software
• Deep familiarity with CRM, BI, ERP, or similar systems
• Strong strategic thinking and prioritization skills
• Experience working with remote or hybrid teams and managing outsourced contributors
• Comfortable with modern product tools like Aha, Jira, and Figma
