Key Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional product execution from scoping through delivery, ensuring timely and impactful feature launches
• Translate clinical workflows into buildable requirements by collaborating with clinical and technical teams
• Drive process excellence by establishing scalable systems for roadmap planning, sprint execution, and post-release monitoring

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical experience, including 2+ years as a nurse informaticist with knowledge of multiple EHR platforms
• 3+ years of experience optimizing clinical workflows within health systems for EHR solutions
• Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional EHR platform projects
• Strong understanding of data structures and flows for EHR integration
• Experience writing test scripts for various user personas
