Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale influencer and affiliate marketing programs, focusing on performance-driven partnerships
• Identify, vet, and build relationships with influencers and affiliate partners aligned with the brand
• Develop and manage campaigns end-to-end, including prospecting, outreach, and performance analysis

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in influencer and/or affiliate marketing with a proven track record
• Experience managing campaigns at scale across various platforms and budgets
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and cultural trends
• Metrics-driven with a focus on achieving performance targets
• Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS or with fast-growing startups
