Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Marketing to lead its marketing function and drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets
• Build and scale the marketing team while providing leadership and mentorship
• Lead product launch campaigns and go-to-market strategies for new features and integrations

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software companies
• 3+ years of marketing leadership experience managing teams and scaling marketing organizations
• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads with demonstrated ROI
• Track record of successful go-to-market execution in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
