Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Analytics Advisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for employer and consulting initiatives
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to internal teams and clients
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employer-based analytics strategies and ensure compliance with data security practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Analytics, Public Health, Business, or a related field; or 4 years of relevant experience
• At least 4 years of experience in healthcare analytics or benefits consulting
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, SQL, Python, R, or other analytics software
• Experience with healthcare claims data and population health improvement strategies
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
