Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Operations Specialist (Data Migration).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data sources and quality, identifying issues and developing data migration action plans
• Resolve data migration issues and provide technical support throughout the migration process
• Communicate trends and opportunities to product and engineering teams for future improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in customer success, implementation, engineering, or data implementation
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred
• Experience with SQL and conversational AI platforms is a plus
