Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Finance organization as a trusted business partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Engineering function by providing financial guidance and support
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations
• Prepare forecasts of expenses, labor, staffing, overhead rates, and capital needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Oracle, Hyperion, SmartView, and Midas Power BI
• Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across multiple functions
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of Government Regulations: Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) is preferred
