Senior eDiscovery Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Spectra Consultant AP.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and execute first-tier support client experience for the Spectra platform
• Provide training and workflow guidance for eDiscovery phases, managing client requests and escalations
• Analyze client feedback to recommend improvements and support product development and service offerings

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent degree desired
• Paralegal, ACEDS, or RCA certification desired
• 3+ years of eDiscovery experience with legal technology platforms and best practices
• Knowledge of the legal discovery process and concepts related to the EDRM
• Experience with legal technology platforms such as Nuix, Relativity, and eCapture
