Senior Ecommerce Marketing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead the optimization and growth of their digital shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for a mobile-first experience across the design and development of the eCommerce platform
• Oversee and manage teams responsible for CMS, eCommerce products, and mobile app professionals
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on sprints, deployments, analytics, reporting, and digital roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory managerial experience and leading cross-functional initiatives
• 5+ years of eCommerce experience, preferably in high-volume retail or CPG
• Proven track record in improving digital customer experiences and driving revenue through merchandising and conversion optimization
• Strong understanding of mobile-first UX, performance metrics, and eCommerce platforms
• Required technology proficiency in CMS, PowerBI, AEM, CRM, eCommerce, GA, GTM or similar
