Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Voice of the Provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the annual Provider Satisfaction Survey, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Manage vendor relationships for survey execution, including the contracting process and financial oversight
• Analyze survey results and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement action plans for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required
• Master's Degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
• 5+ years in a leadership role focused on provider engagement and project management required
• 3+ years managing large organization survey programs required
• In-depth knowledge of provider satisfaction survey methodologies required
