Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in program delivery, product operations, or portfolio management
• Experience with large-scale transformation initiatives
• Agile, Lean, or Project/Program Management certifications are a plus
• Proven ability to lead portfolio operations and delivery models at scale
