Product Owner - Healthcare

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner - Healthcare / Claims / EHR / Custom SaaS.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog, including story writing, prioritization, sprint planning, and long-term roadmap
• Lead cross-functional discovery to identify and prioritize user needs and pain points
• Partner with Product Design/UX, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to implement features that improve usability and ensure regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or technical project roles in the healthcare industry
• 3-5 years of experience with claims processing and/or EHR systems
• Experience working on custom software SaaS products
• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare, technical, or UX-related background preferred
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product discovery/delivery practices
