Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Director, Brand Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Creates multi-year Brand Strategy across the portfolio reflecting brand health goals and market trends
• Works with Marketing Planning to ensure consistent application of brand strategies into marketing plans
• Develops annual and seasonal brand narratives informed by customer behavior insights and merchandising strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Master's degree preferred
• 14+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail
• Experience leading brand strategy and positioning across a portfolio of brands
• Proven ability to synthesize consumer insights into multi-year brand growth strategies
