Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Investigator Engagement - Neuroscience TA Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a data-informed investigator and site strategy across the therapeutic area portfolio
• Collect and synthesize insights from field teams to optimize trial design and enrollment strategies
• Monitor enrollment performance and implement innovative models to enhance recruitment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field
• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in drug development and clinical research
• Post-graduate degree (e.g., Pharm D, M.S., M.B.A., or Ph.D.) preferred
• Experience leading through transformational change and managing complex projects
• Strong understanding of the global drug development process and quality systems
