Lead WFM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global WFMgr Lead Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document and validate customer's business requirements and map to ADP WFMgr functionality
• Configure ADP WFMgr application to meet customer's documented business requirements
• Conduct and lead consulting sessions and provide follow-up consulting and assistance

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience implementing and configuring the ADP or UKG WFM
• Experience with ADP WFMgr/Time, Core with Attendance and Accrual Entitlements
• Client-facing skills and excellent written skills for documentation
• Experience with the UKG Navigator tool is preferred
• Experience in Advanced WFMgr modules is a plus
