Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketplace Agent Broker Data Analyst to support their Agent Broker Consumer Quality Initiative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources using various data tools
• Write detailed reports and create visually compelling presentations to communicate insights
• Collaborate with the ABCQI team to align data analysis with project objectives and provide data-driven recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Marketplace data and tools such as New Relic, Splunk, and Salesforce
• Proficiency in data interrogation using advanced data science and statistical techniques
• Experience in data visualization and presenting findings using tools like Redash or MS Power BI
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
• Familiarity with the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) and the health insurance industry
