Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Manager, Digital and Media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with customers and operations teams for timely execution of advertising and offer programming
  • Assist in training and onboarding customer teams to ensure strong adoption and engagement
  • Manage weekly revenue reporting, forecasting, and analyze post-program results for presentation to retailers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in a Customer Success team within a marketing or advertising technology firm or retailer
  • Knowledge of digital media, e-Commerce software, and business operations preferred
  • Experience in promoting value through customer experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, including functions such as V Look-ups and Pivot tables
