Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Representative, Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve problems related to customer orders and manage 3-4 accounts daily
• Process orders within an internal database and run reports in Microsoft Excel
• Handle 20-40 inbound and outbound calls, providing one call resolution for customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic computer knowledge and prior experience with Microsoft systems
• Intermediate Excel skills for report running and analysis
• Prior healthcare and/or distribution experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
