Senior Corporate Counsel - Washington

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel - Commercial and Privacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including those with customers, vendors, and warehouse operators
• Provide legal advice on data privacy issues and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Support the Legal team and assist in various legal matters as required by the business

Required Qualifications

• JD with state bar admission (Washington preferred but not required)
• 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in-house
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial and vendor agreements
• Experience with data privacy matters and related agreements
• Ability to engage and guide outside counsel on business-related legal strategies
