• Engage with technical stakeholders to align product capabilities with customer requirements
• Drive project delivery for large enterprise customers, managing go-live activities and post-launch support

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in digital or IT transformation projects
• Proven ability to manage large, complex enterprise projects
• Tech-savvy and solution-oriented, comfortable with complexity
• Experience in Field Service Management (FSM), Telecom, or Utilities is a plus
• Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
