Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize support tickets across Clinical Delivery teams, ensuring timely resolution
• Support operational analytics projects by tracking objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, engineering, computer science, or related fields
• Experience with clinical data is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic SQL knowledge is preferred
• Experience with industry reporting tools like Tableau, Redash, or LightDash
• Familiarity with data structures and relational database design
