Director of TPA Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, TPA Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and sustain positive relationships with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) for life, annuity, and pension products
• Monitor TPA performance against service level agreements and resolve operational issues
• Lead regular business reviews with TPAs to analyze metrics and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in annuity operations or relationship management in financial services
• Prior experience working with TPAs preferred
• Strong understanding of annuity products and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to manage external vendor relationships effectively
