Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Change Manager for a remote long-term contract position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage enterprise-wide change initiatives focused on technology implementation
  • Develop and execute strategic communication and learning plans to support organizational transformation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify change impacts and drive stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 7 years of experience in change management and technology implementation
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide change initiatives
  • Experience in learning and development, including designing training programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with Jira and other project management tools is a plus
